Due to the sensitive nature of our products and COVID-19 precautions, we gladly accept returns on new, unopened, unused, unaltered merchandise in all original packaging. Mocha Mommy & More customer service must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of shipment to process and issue a refund or exchange. NEED ASSISTANCE? 

Customers will be responsible for *shipping on returned and/or exchanged items unless otherwise stated in correspondence. Once your item is received by our client services department, is inspected and meets our requirements for return, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow 3 business days after your shipment has been received to process all contents. A refund will be processed within 14 days of email confirmation - issued in its original form of payment (or store credit – eGift Card). Your financial institution may take up to 10 additional days to post a refund to your account. 

*Mocha Mommy & More customers using a third-party shipping service, will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and shipping costs that may occur. Mocha Mommy & More is not responsible for any damages from a third-party shipping service. 


Return & Exchange Process

Items returned purchased using an eGift Card, will automatically be issued a refund on an eGift Card, and emailed as soon as the return process has been completed. eGift Cards are non-refundable. 

Returns Using eGift Cards as Payment


Need a different size? Your item for exchange must be unused, unwashed, unworn with tags and in original packaging. Mocha Mommy & More customer service must be contacted within 10 days of receipt of shipment to process and issue a refund or exchange. Once received and inspected, the exchange process will begin. Your item will be exchanged for the same item of equal value.

Your happiness with your order is our priority. Our bags are thoroughly inspected before shipping, but in the unlikely event you are sent an incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to replace it. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment or in the form of an eGift card.   • Full-price or sale items in original conditions 
  • Items worn, altered, washed or tags removed may not be returned or exchanged
  • Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items sent because of a Mocha Mommy & More shipping error 
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned or exchanged merchandise does not meet our requirements
