All shipments are carefully checked and packaged prior to delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped. If there are any changes or delays in the shipping of your order, an update will be sent. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at checkout. After your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and tracking information.


Please check the accuracy of the email provided at checkout. An accurate address will ensure you receive all necessary emails to confirm and track your order. 


We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen during or after transit. Please check your order to confirm the address for delivery. If your product states it was delivered to your address by a third-party courier, but you did not receive it, please contact the courier for further assistance and/or file a claim. After an item has been marked as “delivered,” we can no longer file a claim on the parcel. Please provide your tracking number and details to the courier so they may better assist you. 

If your package arrives and the contents are damaged, please email us immediately with photos included to We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Inaccurate or partial shipping information provided by a customer will cause a delay or return of your shipment. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address or returned packages if lost in transit.

Unfortunately, Mocha Mommy & More does not support shipping outside of the United States at this time. Thank you for inquiring.
